Welcome to the Gluten Free Menu Swap. I am your hostess for this week. The ingredient of the week is apple, and I don't have that in my plan, but if you are looking for a yummy apple dessert, check out my Apple Upside Down Cake recipe.
I took the weekend off my computer, and have not had a chance to create any posts, or visit anyone else's. And, my new posts will not have any pictures, my camera broke. I feel lost without it! I have to see if I can get it fixed.
Email me or leave a comment if you have a menu for this week’s Gluten Free Menu Swap!
As you know, Natalie of Gluten Free Mommy is the person who started this gluten free menu swap. And it's my turn to host the links. If you want a turn to host, or want to figure out how it works, go on over to her blog post, titled Gluten Free Menu Swap to read how it works.

Our Gluten Free Menus
Carrie from Ginger Lemon Girl has a great menu coming up, a quiche with a brown rice crust. And she already has a recipe up for Amish Shoo Fly Pie. Delicious!
Naomi from Accidental Vegetarian is coming aboard with her menu. Personally, I am excited to see her recipe for Garlic-Basil Dinner Loaves with Artichoke heart and Fontinella Cheese Filling. Sounds yummy!
Sea from Book of Yum has been doing menu planning for awhile. She has some great things coming up this week, like Szechuan Pepper Green Beans. She also has a couple of recipes including apples, the ingredient of the week.
Mary Frances from Gluten Free Cooking School has for her apple recipe a Chicken and Apple Rice skillet dinner planned. You could make this one with either chicken or tofu.
Gluten Free Mommy Natalie has her menu plan up, and I can't wait to see her apple wild rice stuffing. That might be a great recipe for Thanksgiving!
Gluten Free Word Girl has also posted her weekly menu. I am curious to checkout her butternut squash with white beans over penne pasta dinner, sounds delicious!

Menu looks awesome! I have made TWO things on your menu before- the Goddess soup and your salsa chicken. Both excellent!

Everyone's menus look great! I was a little distracted this week and did not get to one. I'll try again next week--I promise!
