I find that 6 days worth of menu lasts longer than 6 days. Either leftovers, or a change in plan makes up for the 7th day.
Day 1: Shrimp Fried Rice (however you like to make it, Gluten Free Goddess has a recipe)
Day 2 :Roast Chicken, squash, and rice (Tyson's Precooked Roaster Chicken is GF, great for a break!, but always double check the label)
Day 3: Mexican topping over rice/pasta with avocado (use Tinkyada pasta for GF)
Day 4: Teriyaki steak with french fries and stir fry bok choy
Day 5: Salad with warm bacon dressing, hard boiled eggs, and English muffins
Day 6: Stuffed Greek chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies
