Mexican topping (spicy)

This is a recipe that is just one of those throw it together ones. This is yummy over pasta, on nachos, and even over some polenta.

1/2 lb ground meat
1 red pepper chopped (or any veggie)
fresh jalapeno or canned chilies
1 can black beans
salsa
chopped green onions
spices - cumin, chili powder, chopped fresh cilantro
fresh avocado, chopped with lemon juice on it

Easy..take any meat (I just used ground buffalo..fabulous), saute with garlic, cumin and chili powder until cooked, drain if needed. Saute any veggies you like, I used red pepper, with jalapenos (otherwise used can chilies) if you have them. Add black beans, salsa and meat. Top with green onions and chopped cilantro. Incorporate, put over pasta, corn chips, polenta, and top with chopped avocado mixed with lime juice.
