Teriyaki Steak marinade

I don't use measurements, this is the best I can do...

Just another reminder: make sure your soy sauce is gluten free. I use San J, but I believe that LaChoy is gluten free as well.


chopped fresh ginger root
minced garlic...3 cloves
soy sauce
rice vinegar
cooking sherry (didn't have any this time, still great)
drop sesame oil
grapeseed oil (or other cooking type oil)
brown sugar
molasses
honey

marinate at least 3 hours before serving, but not longer than a day, cook as desired
