Back story ~
My husband is taking me on a trip to Paris for our 10 year anniversary in just a week and a half. I have been doing a ton of (and I mean HOURS) research (Paris does not have the reputation of Italy for celiacs.); it seems there is a new dining option for celiacs and gluten intolerant travelers and residents opening.
The first gluten free restaurant in Paris. Rumor has it that it will be opening on October 21st; while I am there.
Keep your fingers crossed for me, I hope to be one of the first there, eating a gluten free meal.

I am hoping o maintain a great positive attitude, there is so many conflicting stories about eating in Paris..although I think I have done enough research to ensure a happy trip. (In the food realm!) :)
