Gluten Free Recipes That I Want to Try, That Aren't Mine

I know that this is a long title for
this post. But it is exactly what this post is about. I have links upon links of recipes I want to try, but no where to reference them. So, I thought I would start doing that here. I might be doing this again, as I find out where all those links went.

And, if you try anything, or have tried any of these, let me know how they turned out!!!

Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake - Gluten Free

Gluten Free Cottage Bread

Curried Pumpkin Soup

Dark Chocolate Lime Souffle

Apple Snow

I also wanted to give a heads up for anyone planning a vacation. I found this website called Gilli's Holiday, and it has hotels that cater to gluten free diets. It seems to focus on Italy, but there are a few other destinations as well.

Cheers!

Sounds like an interesting list of recipes. I guess you'll be busy baking for a while.

Hi Mike!!

I won't make all of these anytime soon, they are on my idea list. And that list gets SO backed up. :)

I also need to make one using all the recipes that all these great bloggers are putting out there..we have so many recipes to chose from now.

Great list! What a great idea! I am thinking of starting a list of all the ones I have made and loved on my website.

I haven't had internet all week so I am a little grumpy. Have you fixed your camera yet? Technical difficulties.. :(

Natalie - I have a couple more lists in the works. Recipes from fellow bloggers that I want to try; and then the list of the ones I really liked.

I dislike technical difficulties. Sorry you have been unable to get on!! That stinks.

The camera issue has not been resolved yet. Hopefully I will get a bit of time on Monday to work on it, or bring it in for repair if needed.

Word of advice: Don't drop the camera!! duh! :)

I tried the Apple Snow sans snow (my DH didn't like the raw egg idea). It is very tasty! I actually used nutmeg instead of cloves. Very tasty!

Snappy Pants - (great name by the way!!:) Thanks for the feedback! I love the idea of nutmeg, its one of my favorite spices. :)
