Perfect Hard Boiled Egg

I got this from Cooking Light years and years ago...

Place eggs in bottom of pan, cover eggs with at least an 2 inches of water. Bring water to boil, then shut off burner, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Peel and eat.

This is the best method, the eggs come out perfectly, no gray edges. Yummy!!!

Funny you should post this. The local morning radio djs have been on the hunt for the perfect hard boiled egg recipe that doesn't have gray/green around the yolk. Sounds like yours is perfect!
