Crockpot Polenta

I got this from the Better Politics from Food blog.


6 cups water, 2 cups stone-ground cornmeal, teaspoon of salt, on high for 3 hours, on low for 2.

I feel bad for you guys that can't eat corn. It must make the gluten free diet a lot harder!!
