I am going to Disney World with my family!!
And we are very excited. So I won't be posting for at least a week. I just don't want anyone to think I have dropped off the face of the earth.
Plus this week, my little boy got the flu, and then I came down with it. We are on the mend though, and looking forward to a little family adventure. And, FYI, my husband called all over creation to find out if Tamiflu was gluten free, and it is. They do use cornstarch as a filler though for those with corn issues.
Of course I will post on how it went, I have heard wonderful things about Disney and gluten free; I am so excited to experience them myself!
Cheers!!

A restaurant named Columbia in Celebration, the town that is Disney's 'community', has made gluten free foods for my family. This is a Spanish restaurant with a great menu. A manager named Jeff Krokosz was fabulously helpful.
I'm so jealous! I want to go too! It's been a while since I've been, and would love to go back with my husband (no kids, just us "big" kids). And I've heard that Disney is really good about gf dining in the parks.
I hope you have a great time!

I hope you and your family have a fabulous time at Disney World. You have to make sure to tell us all about your adventure. We've been putting off going to Disney World due to the gf/allergy thing, but I'd love to know how you guys fared.
We're off at the end of the month to the American Girl Cafe for our daughter's birthday with an all gluten free menu. The cafe staff is supposed to call to set up the menu with us, I can't wait to see how that call goes.

I've heard great things about Disney being able to accommodate gf dining. Safe travels and have fun!
Have a safe and fun trip! xoxo
