Buffalo Chicken Salad


I was craving chicken salad, and I was craving buffalo wings too...so this came up. It was delicious. Definitely something I would eat again.

Serve on lettuce, gluten free crackers (I love Mary's Gone Crackers), or gluten free bread.

Buffalo Chicken Salad

chopped celery
sliced carrot
mayonnaise
chicken, canned or chopped leftover
Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Add everything to a bowl. Mix. Put on top of lettuce, crackers, or bread.

Oh yum! I have had a Buffalo chicken salad but not like this! A fabulous lunch idea. My husband will totally be into it.

It was surprisingly yummy, and totally satisfied my spicy craving. And it is a good husband dish; mine will go nuts when I make it for him.

Hmm, nuts...maybe I will add walnuts next time for a crunch. :)
